PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
i. Facilitation on defining KRA's
ii. Implement comprehensive meritocracy based performance management system & hence linking it to Reward Management
iii. Assist in providing insight and support to managers for performance management planning, appraisals
iv. 100% compliance to PMS process
PEOPLE SOFT/ PERSONNEL/ PAYROLL
i. Updation of complete Job Data for all employees
i. On Time Payroll Input through PeopleSoft without gaps
ii. Payroll calendar adherence
Other HR responsibilities
i. Drive SLT to achieve its core objectives of leadership alignment at state level.
ii. 100% compliance to State Priorities / AOP
iii. 100% compliance to Statutory requirement
