Roles & Responsibilities:

- To plan and Implement strategy to achieve budget business numbers & profitability.

- Managing Partnership, Brick & Motor & Direct business model.

- To ensure Dealer/Broker is on boarded as per budget

- To drive profitability by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve target IRR

- To ensure cost management & reduction

- To ensure efficient execution of Product specific initiatives to grow market share/ brand visibility.

- To maintain relationship with Major Dealer's Principles/ GM Sales and internal cross functional team

- To help smooth business operations.

- To develop & guide team to increase retention percentage of existing ETR & GTR customers

- To prepare and ensure execution of competition strategy.

- To create regional/state level Manpower resource plan to ensure optimum utilization of resource

- To train & develop manpower with current & future skill set.

- To develop a rigorous review mechanism with direct & indirect team to encourage bottom up communication & gather market intelligence.
