- Major KRA is to monitor the retail sale development
- Designing the retail schemes for the retail sales
- Expertise in handling business operations in line with top & bottom line profitability through sales & marketing strategies, channel & distribution management .
- Proficient in managing customer centric operations by achieving quality norms and simultaneously interacting with them to gather their feedback regarding products- utilities.
- Deft in setting up distribution networks and enhancing business volumes & growth.
- Adept in implementing long / short term strategic plans & budgets to enhance sales & marketing operations for achieving increased sales growth across the region.
- Gained significant exposure in achieving targets and setting up business operations in untapped markets.
- Effective communicator with good planning, leadership and analytical skills.
