1. JOB PURPOSE:
- To increase the sales in the assigned territory and to bring productivity in the region.
- To increase the overall retail presence.
- To ensure increment product availability at existing & new outlets.
- Restructuring and turning business around.
- Business growth on long term sales processes
- Creation and actuation of distribution infrastructure
- Identify, developing and nurturing future leader.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:a. Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function - Must be done)- Responsible for overall profitability of the division
- Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth.
- Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region
- To increase Primary Sales
- To increase retail reach
b. Secondary Responsibility (Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities- Develop strong networking across industry for organization growth.
- Responsible for Secondary and Territory Sales
- To increase coverage & availability at outlets; handling LAS & TSI; Maintaining reports & data; Monthly performance review process, drive secondary to achieve primary, measure LAS & TSI secondary performance every day.
3. ACCOUNTIBILITY & AUTHORITY- Primary and Secondary sales both
- Achieve annual target as defined.
Identifying and appointing new channel to drive growth by expanding retail base.
- Identifying & working with influencers i.e.,
Architects/ Electricians / Retails- Nukkad Meet & Electrician meet.
