Position : State Head Sales

Work Location : Kerala

Years of experience : 15 years of experience in A/B cluster FMCG's companies of regional/national brands of repute

Qualification : Post Graduate MUST

Primary Role :

- Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in the state of Kerala to achieve sales objectives

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans.

- Maintains sales volume, product mix

- Maintains sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees. Disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

- Set individual sales targets with sales team.

- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.

- Oversee the activities and evaluate performance of the sales team.

- Ensure sales teams have the necessary resources to perform properly.

- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.

- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.

- Develop promotional ideas.

- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.

- Relevant product and industry knowledge will be appreciated
