- Manage business operations for Telangana, with a team of ASM, ASEs and SOs, handling around 40 nos manpower
- States Sales Turnover handling around 400 Cr PA.
- Achievement of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/Year for the total region with a sharp focus on specific markets and Brands/Categories
- Decide prioritization of resources, and cost benefit of the same.
- Achievement of Infra Targets for the Region (Manpower, Distribution Expansion, SS's Expansion, Direct Town additions, Schemes )
- Reporting to Sales Head
