Job Description :  Channel Partners (Dealers/Agents/BC) :   - Ensure that all the channel partners are acquired as per the plan and stated guidelines   - Manage the program for Channel partners  - Ensure Inventory management of POS and other hardware's are run smoothly  - Running the training calendar for all channel partners and its governance  - Capture Customer/Channel/Merchant feedback and feed forward to product team to improve product offering in the market  Customers (Merchants & Individuals) :   - Ensure all Customers are acquired as per plan and 100% compliance is adhered to in KYC process  - Track competition, analyse trends and feed forward to product team to improve product offerings  - Conceptualize and implement all the Marcom / BTL initiatives in the state  - Support NHQ in devising the incentive program and implement the same and ensure governance  Operations :  - Liaison with State functional team for cross functional dependencies.  - Develop own state business plan to drive Customer, Merchant and Agent penetration, Revenue Growth and strong brand leadership in the state.  - Support State /NHQ leadership with MIS, Data & Analytics for key decisions and action plan.  Candidate Profile :  - Post Graduate, MBA Preferred, Total years of experience : 10- 12 yrs  - Preferred experience in Telecom driven Mobile Money business in Sales & Distribution: 4-5 yrs  - Handled regional / zonal sales for any consumer retail product including Telecom  - Exposure to selling retail financial products like Credit cards/new a/c opening etc. is preferred   - Good communication skills in English and Local state language  - Good Team Building skills and experience in team management is a must  - Good understanding of MS office applications like MS word, Excel and Presentation etc.   - Ability to influence downwards, lateraly and Upwards  - Should be self motivated and reasonable ability to work with minimum supervision  Job Challenges :  - Mobile Money is a new concept being sold as profitable business and within that industry, xyz being a new entrant will have a lot of unknown territories to be covered  - Manage the expectations of the xyz and Xyz Channel Partners, with conviction, while they focus on Xyz business  - If the candidate is from telecom or FMCG industry, a constant need to realign outlook to sell a payments products   - Constant feedback from markets would keep demotivating especially from that of competition about failures or rejections from Agents, Merchant or Customers  - Might feel delinked from core Xyz team and may face initial resistance due to ongoing Xyz business pressures.
