Job Profile :
- Deliver top-line volume and value for given area.
- Develop sales infrastructure and implement best practices of distribution.
- Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and trade and customer segment .
- Build and manage professional relationships with Major accounts
- Effectively lead a team of Managers, Distributors and other third party members to function effectively towards a common goal.
- Reporting directly to - Regional Sales Head.
Candidate Requirement :
- Candidates from FMCG / Food / Beverages / Personal Care Can Apply
- MBA from good B-School preferred
- Should be a Highly process driven person, with "minimum 1 Southern State " working Experience
