One of the leading beverages company is looking out for : Job Title : State Head (Uttar Pradesh) Reports to : RBU Head Organization Unit : Sales Location : Lucknow Main Purpose of Job : This position is required to guide the sales force to convert the strategic decisions into implement able plans to achieve higher sales targets and to garner higher market share for each product category. Main Responsibilities / Job Summary : - Meeting the budgeted sales targets through increased team performance. - To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments in the state. - Leading the district offices in developing and expanding network in major markets. - Establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders. - Implement policies/ plans of the company to achieve higher levels in business operations. - Team building and people development leading to a cohesive team in the entire state. - Developing team members to assume higher responsibilities in the organization. - Gather Market Intelligence on competitor activity. - Monitor various survey and data generation activity . KRA title / Descriptions : - Managing primary sales a. Achieve KRA's for all categories in sales units per month. - Channel Management : a. New Dealer expansion/control Dealer attrition - As per plan b. Dealer Profitability - NIL cases of Price breaks - Sales Planning activities : a. Timely/Forecast accuracy/MBP/GORB to be better then last month - MIS a. Competitive Intelligence - Regular Reviews a.
