- Heading the complete Sales operations of the product category with responsibility for entire Distribution channel in the state.

- Capability for Team/new Channel/Channel member development and team Management for effective performance meeting and exceeding all periodical targets

Candidate profile:

- A full time PG in MKTG with 10 to 15 years of selling through channels for product categories like Tyres /Paints / Batterie of which a good number years in the respective state (With a good size of Volume,Channels,revenue)

- Strong exposure to Team/Channel Development/ Management,Stock/Credit Control.Comfort in the respective state language apart from English,Hindi
