Hiring - State Sales Head

Location - Haryana- Kaithal, Kurukshetra.

Experience - Minimum 7 Years in Agriculture Sales. ( Drip Irrigation and Mulching Sheets.)

Qualification - Graduation/PG

Skills - Agriculture Sales, Field Sales.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Manage the sales and operational budgets of their assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales goals.

- Develop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management.

- Coordinate market development/fact plots and farm demonstrations.

- Train the dealer sales force to sell value, deliver our brand experience and manage objections, mostly through ride-along and joint farmer calls.
