Position - State Head- Retail/Distribution Sales

Qualification - Graduate/ MBA

CTC - Depend on Current CTC

Location - Mumbai (Has to handle entire Mumbai territory)

Job Details;

- Responsible for managing sales in assigned Territory through channel /retail management with YOY growth & profitability.

- Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.

- Identify problems and provide resolutions.

- Ensure improvisation after identifying the loopholes in the current procedures.

- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

- Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support

- Deliver sales presentations to customers

- Identify new product opportunities

- Co-own Marketing events, branding for assigned geography.
