State Head/Regional Head - HNI Acquisition- IFA - Investment

Job title: STATE HEAD/REGIONAL HEAD

Location: STATE CAPITAL (TRAVELLING REQUIRED)

Requirements -

- State/location head should have very good demographic understanding of IFA's/CA's and HNI/UHNI families across the state and cities. A good working relationship with IFA's is extremely important. Minimum 5 yrs experience required in a state/location

- The candidate will be responsible for developing and growing partner network and platform users, identifying and opening branches in potential locations in his/her region. The candidate will also be responsible for training and development of partners and team.

Candidate requirements -

- Self-motivated, responsible with convincing power.

- Team handling and motivation skills. Good communication skills.

- MBA. CFP or equal ant will be a positive.

- 8 plus years of experience.

- Digital private wealth management distribution system for all asset types like, MF, bonds/MLD, AIF/PMS, International investment, securities platform, P2p lending etc. ONE DIGITAL PRODUCT. For financial professionals, it offers a tech-driven platform that fosters growth through personalization, investing intelligence, and user experience are looking for someone with significant awareness of the demographics of IFAs, CAs, and HNI/UHNI families in those cities and states, in addition to having a positive working relationship with IFAs.

- The State Head or Location Head will be in charge of expanding the partner network and platform users, finding suitable branches to operate in designated regions, and training and developing partners and team members.
