- Manage the P&L of the territory and directly responsible for both demand and supply.
- Strategize projects to increase territory performance.
- Constantly innovate process flows of Operations to improve Customer Experience and reduce operating costs.
- Work closely with the central Product and Operations teams to improve the efficiency of territory teams.
- Leading marketing initiatives to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues.
- Lead the Business and team, set up processes and train the trainer for business excellence while building the right culture.
- Hiring and managing teams of exceptional caliber in that territory
- Making the credit strategy for that territory and implementing it
- Building and managing various teams including supply, demand, buying, quality, etc.
