Job Profile: - Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy, involves budgeting, sales forecasting &amp; overall Branch Management. - Direct all operational aspects of Branch including Sales, Distribution, Channel Sales, Human resources, administration, and sales - Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities - Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues - Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans - Manage budget and allocate funds along with Branch Accountants - Bring out the best of the branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. - Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. - Should be stable in Job.
