- With a leading end to end logistics solution provider with focus on speed, safe and reliable nationwide express delivery services to e-commerce industry, having presence in 2400 + cities with 2500 Delivery centres covering 25000 Pin codes.

- Responsible for entire operations of 200 DC and 6 Hubs in catering to First/Mid/Last mile delivery along with management of 2000+ employees including Operation Heads, Hub Managers, Cluster Heads, DC Heads, Delivery Staff, Admin, HR and Finance personals.

Major Responsibilities:

- Recommend and implement policies and procedures for logistics processes and ensure they are consistent with business objectives and industry best practices and drive customer satisfaction.

- Develop systems to ensure efficient logistics operations, monitor performance, and ensure appropriate and prompt reporting of any faulty logistics operations for corrective actions.
