State Head will be responsible for the product P&L he/she is managing (MSME Loans, Farm Loans, Affordable Housing Business, Small Commercial Vehicle/Utility Vehicle Loans) for the entire State. He / She will manage a team of Branch Heads/Sales Managers/Relationship Managers across state.
CTC UPTO 25 LPA
LOCATION : Andhra or Telengana will be Base Location
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
- Responsible for achieving the Business goals in accordance with the Organizational strategy (Vision, Portfolio Size, Quality, revenue & profit for the year)
- Identifying the New Markets and Setting up the Business in Rural and Urban Markets.
- Hiring a Strong Team of Professionals across State and managing state with a team of Managers
- The incumbent should be dynamic, flexible and should have ability to motivate a team. Also should be able to maintain good inter department relations.
- Building strong Relation with the Builders and channel partners and identify new channels for business & revenue generation.
- Maintain and develop organizational culture, value and reputation in our markets and with all in our internal & external customers.
- The incumbent will have to maintain product profitability by managing revenue streams through up sell & cross sell products like Insurance. Ensuring cost management is in line with the budget for salary, incentives, travel, cost of acquisition, etc.
- Portfolio management, identifying areas of stress and undertake preventive measure & corrective measure through efficient collection mechanism.
- Ensure service delivery management, oversee marketing, promotion planning, etc in line with the budget
- Ensure that the branches are in compliance as per the regulatory body & the Organization norms
