JOB Profile :

Deliver top-line volume and value for given area.

Develop sales infrastructure and implement best practices of distribution.

Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and trade and customer segment .

Build and manage professional relationships with Major accounts

Effectively lead a team of Managers, Dealers and other third party members to function effectively towards a common goal.

Reporting directly to G.M Sales.

MBA from good b school preferred

Should be a Highly process driven person, with "minimum 2 Southern State " working Experience
