State Head - Microfinance

- Responsible for managing existing microfinance operations and expansion of operations in new localities in the state of Bihar.

- To setup entire business unit in Bihar including setup of admin processes, vendor management, HR etc. as per organisation policy.

- Responsible for entire business process including client acquisition, administrations of supporting departments like HR, IT, Admin etc.

- Responsible for managing portfolio quality with zero delinquency and efficient collection practices.

- Keep check on entire microfinance industry and competition analysis.

- To prepare Business plan and to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets as per plan.

- Coordinate with Credit / Operation for loan sections, disbursal and receivable management.

- Recruitment, Training and Mentoring of team.

- Adherence to Audit / Compliance as per company Standards.

- Work with field operations team in effectively optimizing detected risk elements as well as provide critical inputs in improvisation of operational processes and policies.

- Represent face of organisation for Bihar state, coordination with external stake holders.
