Responsibilities:
Profit Center Head for Gujarat
Managing Team for Sales & Distribution for a specific product category
Strategic Planning & Execution for Sales Growth and Market Share
- Urban & Rural Market Penetration.
- Do Sales forecasting after effectively mapping the market on ground level. Data analysis to understand product movement patterns in the market.
- Monitoring and achieving sales & collection targets.
- Ensure regular market research and gather inputs on competitor's activities & other market activities as well and inform to management with action plan.
- Manage the Branch as a profit centre and Ensure branch sales targets are met.
- Optimize the number of employees of the Branch depending upon the defined Roles / Responsibilities / Targets.
- Keep the business vertical wise / brand wise / customer segment wise database upto-date.
