State Head - Ground Operations

STATE HEAD- OPERATIONS

- Overall Accountability for ground operations for the assigned territories.

- Leading roll out of SOPs and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% compliance at the ground level.

- Keeping close watch on process adherence & conducting surprise audits

- Effectively strategizing & handling Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization

- Identifying & managing risk factors during operations - Analyzing operations carried out with proper infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc

- Lead process related improvements

- Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualification And Experience :

1. MBA / Post Graduate with an Operations specialization; 18 to 20 years of experience in Ground Operations.

2. Team leading experience - Ability to manage large teams

3. Having keen analytical skills

4. Problem Solving

5. Persuasive communication skills

6. Goal Orientation

7. Capacity to inspire & influence team, manage Blue Collar workers

8. Front ending experience - Capable of managing the expectation of customers. Ability to effectively network & liaison with them

9. Advanced level of report writing and report presentation skills
