Job Description
Reporting to the Region head, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring achievement of sales & trading profit budgets in the assigned state
- Ensuring timely collections and follow credit control norms of the Organizations.
- Managing and motivating the team members.
- Effectively managing key accounts.
- Identifying key markets in terms of contribution to sales and demand growth.
- Analyzing sales budget with respect to expenses, revenue, profitability, net contribution, inventory, credit terms etc.
- Having a good understanding of the relevant legal and taxation regimes and other compliance issues.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a university graduate with at least 10 years of sales experience in the Alcohol industry. A candidate with prior sales experience in an MNC will be given preference.You should have the ability to drive teams with a proven track record. You must have good communication skills and should be target and profit oriented.
