KRA'S:

- To spearhead the entire operations, project planning, deliveries and support,

- Responsible for managing an entire P&L account,

- Implementation of new initiatives and project management,

- Managing Deployment of Products and Vendor/Franchise Management,

- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Training,

- Team management and capability building,

- Business Strategy, Budgeting and AOP,

- Partner / Franchise Identification & Appointment,

- Client engagement,

- Revenue Management and payment Collections from clients and other stakeholders,

- Further business expansion in the Region,

- Role shall keep expanding over time to other States/Region.
