POSITION SUMMARY
The person is expected to contribute effectively in establishing the channel, driving growth and geographic expansion of the channel. The role would contribute in building teams who in turn will report to him. He will be State Head, with 5-7 Sales Manager reporting into him. Going forward with performance these Sales Manager would be groomed for Area Sales Manager role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for recruitment and management of Branch Managers, Sales Managers.
2. Support and motivate the team providing better understanding of market/products.
3. Monitor and review performance of Sales Managers. Help them achieve business targets.
4. Delivering the sales target assigned.
5. Handling DSA of Mortgage, Business loan, personal loan of the city/state mapped
6. To develop strong rapport with all DSA and loan consultant who deals in Home Loan, Mortgage, LAP and get Life insurance business through these channels.
7. To add more and more DSA to increase life insurance business
8. Align the DSA's to sell life insurance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. More than 7-8 years of experience in Mortgage/Housing Finance Company/Housing Loan/LAP/ Insurance Industry. Over all experience of 7-8 years
2. Team handling experience would be preferred.
3. Post Graduate
4. Person should have done business in open market sourcing (ie through DSAs) and not from branch vertical
