We are one of leading Payment Industry & into Cash Management. We are looking for State Head for Patna/Ranchi/Kolkata/ Odisha & Bhubneshwar.
Below is the detailed Job Description given for your reference.
State Head is responsible for P&L of the State, achievement of topline targets & distribution targets of retail payment solutions.
Top Line/Distribution Targets :
- Custodian of target achievement of specified portfolio-Basic & VAS
- Achievement of agreed distribution numbers for the assigned portfolio.
- Overall responsible of GTM of his state-Channel Specific & Product Specific
P&L Ownership :
- Responsible for P&L for his State
- Ensure & executing strategic road map to cost effectively expand the portfolio in the state.
- New Business from Modern Retail & Large Format Retail Clients for Payment acceptance & Loyalty Automation systems.
Relationship Management:
- Has to have level of engagement with all the major stake holders like Key Accounts, Institutions, Top Merchant in his States.
- Has to maintain high level of engagement with all the top distributors in his state.
- Has to review the market performance with all the top distributors at least once in a Quarter.
- Has to have good level coordination with re internal customers like Sales Support, FFM Distribution Operations etc.
Administrative:
- Ensure error free documentation of merchant enrollment process through team & distributor training.
- Sales & Distribution MIS: Review Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports are review & take corrective actions.
- Monitor Distributor ROI from time to time & suggest business measures to Distributor to improve ROI.
Training & Development:
- Identity training needs of his team & suggest training interventions for the team.
- Ensure high level of engagement of his team through on the job team training.
- Ensure reward & recognition of the top performers in his team for team motivation.
Other Business initiatives:
- In consultation with Zonal Head, identify & suggest trade marketing activities to marketing team.
- Closely work with Zonal & HO marketing team to execute all the planned BTL activities.
- Managing the entire brand/merchant alliances for the state.
- Planning & execution of new product launching.
Salary range: 13 - 15 LPA
