We are currently recruitment a State Head Credit- Agri for a leading Bank. This role is based in Pune &amp; Ernakulam ( Kerela ) The role will involve 1. Managing the underwriting team of the vertical. 2. Assisting in formulation of the credit policy and risk management of the vertical. 3. Managing the credit cost within the required level of the bank, suggest the systems, processes and IT requirements, suitable for various products. 4. Business Development of the vertical with effective leadership, 5. Maintain the profitability and health of the portfolio, 6. Achievement of the targets allotted by the management, cross sell of other products, 7. Ensuring the collection of dues on the due dates etc. 8. Ensuring the customer satisfaction and customer service from the team across the vertical We are looking for candidates with 12 years plus experience in Agri Credit within Banks.
