State Head - Commercial Vehicle/Light Commercial Vehicle Segment - NBFC

Company : A leading NBFC of a Top Business Conglomerate

Position : State Head - Karnataka (CV/LCV)

Location : Bangalore

- The incumbent's primary business activity is into LCV / HCV / CE financing across the region.

Responsibilities :

- Grow the business and meet quarterly revenue targets

- Identify, acquire & maintain relationship with HNIs and corporate customers for their retail finance (including fleet)
& leasing requirements

- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region

- Supporting collections team in bringing down the delinquency levels by reaching out to customers either directly
or through dealerships

- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Commercial Vehicle Business across Region

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified

- Continuously track competition and gather market intelligence to gauge the effect on own business numbers &
take corrective actions as and when required.

- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics

Requirements :

Qualification : MBA / Other Post Graduation

Experience :

- 9 - 11 years relevant experience in a Corporate Organization of repute. Experience in NBFC/BFSI will be an added advantage

Other Attributes :

- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products.

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
