Job Description

Company is looking for an action oriented team member to manage the delinquent accounts in the hard buckets. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to resolve recovery cases across the country. Strategies would include working with the help of agencies, lawyers or following up directly with the delinquent customers.

Specific Responsibilities

- Track and control delinquency and manage cost of collections for all clients 90 days past due

- Monitor team and Ensure regular follow up with the delinquent customers by using existing branch staff

- Appoint agencies at branch locations, allocate cases and monitor their performance

- Ensure detailed background checks are done before agencies are appointed

- Ensure that all agencies and their employees strictly follow the legal guidelines and code of conduct

- Liaison with lawyers, arbitrators for legal recourse including representing the company in courts of law

- Manage the sale of property after receiving court order

- Develop Communication/ Legal letters/ correspondence for the delinquent customers

- Design and circulate MIS on all aligned processes

Preferred Profile

- Prior experience of hard bucket collection, agency management and good understanding of sec 138 and arbitration process.

- NBFC or Banking collection experience

- Experience of managing a team

- Self-driven, creative and organized

- Good communication, Team management experience is preferred

- Self-motivated, willing to take initiatives and learn

- Ambitious, agile and result oriented
