POSITION - State Head - Orissa ( All product lines )

Product line : Tiles, sanitaryware, Tile adhesives, bath fittings.

REPORTING TO : Position reports to Regional Business Head ( all verticals ).

REPORTEEs : Team of 14 people comprising of Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers

LOCATION :- Bhubaneshwar

Ctc - 14-16L offered inclusive of 25% variable pay paid quarterly ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ensuring Achievement of the Sales Targets of the State both at Individual and Team level.

- Business Development through networking with Architects, Builders, consultants, Engineers and Channel Partners

- Leading a team of Sales and Backend Functions

- Handling and Expanding the Dealer Distributor Network and generating business through Projects and Government Institutional Sales and Corporate Key Accounts.

- Budget management through Discount control, Realization and management of Topline and Bottom Line.

- Coordination with the Sales Accounts, Logistics and Factory on Critical situations.

- Achieving minimum 22% growth year on year in all business verticals.

- Taking clients's brand to the foremost position in the market.

- Driving all the ATL and BTL activities In the state

- Acquiring maximum market space through showroom expansion

- Depot Management

- Reducing the Credit levels and credit period

- Overseeing all the Branch administration.

- Trade Communication and trade scheme management.

- All kinds of conflict resolution with regards to the team and the channel.

REQUIREMENTS :

MBA / PGDM mandatory.

Any building materials . PAINTS ; LIGHTING ( preferred ).

Candidate must be scalable to undertake a Regional Manager role in future.

9-15 years exp, MBA full time.

Person with exposure in Orissa market.
