State Employee Relations Lead - eCommerce Platform

Role & Responsibility:

We are looking for State ER - Lead to be part of our organization and work towards creating a happy and healthy work environment.

- Ensuring compliances under Labour Laws for all the formats of New Commerce business.

- Litigation Management

- Responsible for smooth handling and closure of the Incidence Management viz. Disciplinary Action, POSH and Grievances.

- Vetting and reviewing services agreements, policy documents, appointment letters and other correspondence.

- Handling of union and labour unrest

- Plan for Risk mitigation

- Review latest amendments in labour laws.

- Advice & develop different employment mix-models viz GIG workforce, Entrepreneur model etc.

- Proactive Employee and Industrial Relations

Competence Required :

- Interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Query Handling/Resolution of Grievance

- Well versed with state labour law and statutory compliances.

- Can work independently

- Learning attitude

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Presentation skills

- Crisis Management

Educational Qualification

Essential: Graduate

Desirable: Preferred- MBA/LLB/ Labour Law/Personnel Management/or Diploma related to labour laws

Work Experience 5+ years of relevant experience
