State Corporate Sales & Broking Head

1) Responsible to achieve the corporate sales and broking budget allocated to the territory.(Scale-1)

2) Achieve SME & Mid Corporate and Large Corporate budget allocated to the territory.(Scale-1)

3) Achieve line wise target allocated to the territory.(Scale-4)

4) Activate brokers operating in the territory and building up relationship with the broking team.(Scale-2)

5) Recruit defined number of commercial lines agents to build up SME & Mid Corporate.(Scale-2)

6) Target major direct accounts where channel is not involved.(Scale-3)

7) Responsible for conducting training programmes for the agents to develop product knowledge and indirectly helping in relationship building and brand loyalty.(Scale-3)

8) Conduct regular local campaign and competitions to develop channel and business.(Scale-3)

9) To conduct brokers and agents engagement programmes. (Scale-3)

10) Take new initiatives in developing new channels to develop business.(Scale-5)

11) Coordinate and build relationship with other department like Underwriting, Claims, F&A etc which will facilitate to in accomplishment to organisational objective.(Scale-4)

In Locations With More Then 1 Man Power: (In Addition to the above)

Branch Corporate and Broking Head-Broking:

1) Responsible for proper selection of broking team.(Scale-3)

2) To guide broking team towards the achievement for the territory and segmental broking budget.(Scale-1)

3) Responsible for proper allocation of brokers and team for achievement of broking budget.(Scale-1)

4) Responsible for the growth and career development of each and every team member which will indirectly help in reducing iteration.(Scale-4)

Branch Corporate and Broking Head-Commercial Lines Agency:

1) Responsible for proper selection of commercial lines agency team.(Scale-3)

2) To guide commercial lines agency team towards the achievement for the territory and segmental commercial lines budget.(Scale-1)

3) Responsible for proper selection for commercial lines agents.(Scale-2)

4) Train and develop commercial lines agents through regular training, band analysis and agency involvement activity.(Scale-3)

5) Responsible for the growth and career development of each and every team member which will indirectly help in reducing iteration.(Scale-4)

(In a Scale of 1 to 5 in terms of Priority, 1 being the highest and 5 being the lowest)

Note:- experience in Non Motor & Motor is only preferred
