The Role:

The successful candidate will work directly with the senior Product Management team. The role involves end-to-end management of the company's products including driving the implementation of key strategic projects within the company.

Expectations:

- Have end-to-end ownership and drive implementation of key products and projects within the company.

- Build Business Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents to ensure clarity and seamless implementation of all projects.

- Improve operational efficiencies by automating processes.

- Close coordination with the technology and product teams to ensure timely implementation of all projects.

- Carry out competitive benchmarking across the industry to ensure a best-in-class experience for customers.

Competencies:

- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in product management, strategy, sales, and/or operations.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and high-scale consumer-technology company under minimal supervision.

- Self-driven attitude with a high sense of ownership.

- Willingness to take initiative, and sheer ability to hustle to get things done.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to executives and large groups.

- Strong time-management skills.

- Excellent knowledge of the financial services industry.

- Proficient in extracting data using SQL.

- May or may not have a technology background.
