This is Vivek Madan and I Intend to Start my own Business with Interests into Media,Publications,Dotcom venture into Varied other Profitable Industries.

We do not have a Startup capital in Mind however the Person coming on Board shall be Primarily responsible for arranging Lending and Funding.

Startup Specialist

Primary Responsibility :

1. Independent Thinker with an Experience in a Start up Environment.

2. Who can help to Start up a Business and turn it into a Profitable Venture.

3. Can Arrange for Various Sources of Funding (P.E,VC, Angel,Seed Caps etc).

4. Running the Day today operations.

5. Preparing of a Business Plan and Executing the same in order to get the appropriate Funding.

6. Manpower Analysis and Hiring of Leadership Team.

7. Reponsibilty of the Profit Centre .

8. Ensuring Constant Business (Sales and Constant Revenue growth).

9. Interacting with Various Govt Bodies to get the company started post Funding.

10. Management of Various Compliance and Statutory Laws.

11. Some one who can work without an Initial Payment (Meaning Salary,Incentives etc until the company is operational and in a capacity of Growth).

12. Ensuring overall Marketing and market penetration.

13. Market Studies,Market Research,Feasibility Studies,Risk Management,Project Analysis,

14. Acting Management Consultant.

15. Financial Responsibility of Growing the company to new Sectors.

Secondary Responsibility

1. Advisory Role

2. Preparation of Acute Projections

3. Sustainability Analysis

4. Team Building

5. Breakthrough Analysis

Qualifications:

A Post Graduate from a Reputed Institute with Experience in Starting/Launching and Operating a Start up company right from the Scratch.

Salary:

Since this is a Start up company and at a Seed Funding Stage, The candidate applying must be comfortable to Work without a Fixed Salary and would be entitled to a Revenue Sharing as per Progression

Ideal Candidate could be with the following Requisites

1. Person who has worked with Successful Start ups right from the scratch.

2. Person with a Sales and Operations Profile.

3. Entrepreneurial and open to New Ideas

4. Excellent Man Management Skills

5. Should be in a position to Start and Run the company.

6. Any Graduate MBA Preferred in Sales and Marketing.

7. Creative and Through Management Professional
