About the role

Business head - healthy meals (Gurgaon)

- Set up a new healthy meal business in Gurgaon

- Liaison with corporates where startup is already present to introduce healthy meals during lunch and dinner

- Set up supply chain and quality management processes

- Manage relationships with the suppliers to design menu, define quality standards, ensure timely delivery, collect and act on customer feedback

- Build team as business scales up

This is a P&L role with candidate to be the CEO of the new business segment

What do we look for in candidates?

Ambition with fire in the belly

- 2-4 years of experience in a reputed food-tech business (e.g., Freshmenu, Holachef, Foodpanda, Swiggy)

- Fluent speaker in English

- B.Tech from Tier-1 college or Bachelors from top school (e.g., SRCC, St.Stephens); MBA from Tier-1 college, an advantage but not must have

Location and compensation

- Location - Gurgaon (Sector 50)

- Compensation - At par with industry; combination of fixed and variable to ensure super-normal benefits for achievers
