BRIEF JD:
Conduct Regular MSR on different industry developments.
Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
Responsible for preparing the product strategy along with the Business.
Drive the product development life cycle in tight partnership with the risk and sales team.
Drive competitive price offering to optimize product profitability.
Maintain the product standalone profitability.
Responsible for designing and implementing the product strategy across regions.
Drive Portfolio as desired by the management.
Responsible for creating budget for new products with Business.
Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to lending capabilities.
Responsible for developing customer friendly products and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services.
Analyze all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all gaps in products for all releases.
Responsible for gathering and analyzing User Research data to build Product Requirements.
Experience in NBFC/Bank into Rural or Agri Products is mandatory.
