- Devise cadre building strategy for SUD Life to attract and retain talent hire through various entry level campus programs
- Create a compelling employer branding proposition on various MBA/ CA/Actuarial campuses to hire best in class talent and promote organizational brand
- Lead and manage various student engagement activities through the year on various identified campuses
- Devise and deploy various talent management initiatives across various batches (MBA/ CA/ Actuarial) including past batches of hire to create robust talent pool at the entry level
- Create campus hiring plans and schedules to ensure preferred company status on various identified campuses
- Manage Learning plans of various talent pools selected through campus program (Sales/ Professional services and Management Graduates)
- Couch and counsel young talent hires through campus program on various aspects pertaining through career progression, rotation, learning etc. to ensure talent retention
- Create a learning eco system at SUD Life to thrive young talent hired through campus program
- Interact with stakeholders and Senior Leadership to couch & mentor talent and get visibility for the talent/ Campus Programs
