Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance - Senior Manager/AVP - PMS/Compensation & Benefits/HR Analytics

Star Union Dai-ichi is currently looking to hire at SR Manager/AVP level in the Corporate HR Team based out of Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

This role would involve handling PMS, Compensation & Benefits & HR Analytics.

- PMS (Performance Management System)- To be responsible for planning and implementing the council's corporate performance management framework that enables the council to demonstrate that it is making arrangements to secure continuous improvement and drive a culture of performance.

- To plan and implement a comprehensive performance management function for services across the council.

- Compensation-Compensation manager will be responsible for researching, establishing, and maintaining a company's pay system. In addition, depending on the needs of the organization, compensation managers may oversee their company's performance evaluation system. They may also handle employee benefits.

- HR Analytics- HR analytics will be responsible for identifying and assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organisations policies and objectives. Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements are all part of the

- 4 -5 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting/BFSI would be ideal.
