1) Applied Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning in enterprise context

2) Personalisation and Customisation

3) Chatbot/Alexa integration

4) Blockchain

5) IoT

6) Applied AR/VR in enterprise context

7) ICR/OCR

8) Video/Voice analytics

9) Fintech experience can also be looked at if the above technologies were used there

He / She should be enthusiastic about learning new Tech as well as equally eager to apply it to a given business problem. 

He / She should be able to understand insurance business model quickly and then come up with use cases for one or more technologies above. 

He / She should have played this kind of role earlier.
