Job Description : - Manage, own &amp; deliver Regulatory (IRDAI) &amp; statutory reporting for the organization on timely basis - Maintain &amp; enhance/automate existing management reporting for all functions. Creating &amp; automating score-cards &amp; publish them for seamless consumption of Top Management/HODs/Heads of Verticals - Responsible for MIS quality, veracity &amp; governance - Strong team player who can work with limited supervision - Keen understanding of data, insurance life cycle &amp; processes. Should be detail oriented - Work on ad-hoc data /reporting requests. Discuss with stakeholders to understand their reporting / data requirements &amp; provide efficient / effective solutions by maintaining delivery timelines - Create comprehensive documentation for new /changes done in the reporting framework Candidate Specifications : - Graduate/PG with min 5-8 years of experience. - Thorough understanding of life insurance business with prior experience in reporting &amp; related BI verticals - Expert in excel &amp; having hands on SQL querying skills - Exposure to BI tools like Power BI, Tableau - Self-driven &amp; detail oriented - Prior experience (at least 2+ years) in MIS teams of Life Insurance companies with exposure to Regulatory/Statutory
