Role expectation and Responsibilities:
- Achieve top-line revenue targets through end to end campaign management for Maturity base/ Loyalty data (PMJJY, Paid-up, Credit life ,etc)
- Create and implement Customer propensity model based campaigns to generate Pre Fixed Appointments (PFA) for loyalty data
- Retention of the maturity base & reduce the outflow of maturity amount through new business
- Campaign Creation, scripting, training, field implementation and Sales Conversion
- Seek cost efficient opportunities and create inroads for constant data sourcing through web aggregators, external data, etc for the channel
- Support the channel with data analytic inputs and business opportunities
- Creation of training content, design and implementation of training roadmap for PSF
- Train and integrate OPS team and Call centres to meet the end objectives
- Creating symbiotic relationship with all HO stakeholders for achieving end results
