Campaign Manager - Bancassurance Channel,Life Insurance
Responsibilities :
- Managing the large key projects under key Distribution channel of Automation & Digital linkages with partner banks
- Effectively design and execute the new initiatives and processes in coordination with Banks and internal stakeholders through better alignment.
- Responsible for developing new lines of business models and support the field functionaries garnering business
- Develop and integrate/improve initiatives related to functioning of the distributor Bank's processes that are aligned / beneficial for SUD business.
- Establish activities of customer-initiated sales journey through Mobile and Internet Banking like OTC sales, Reduce TAT and in-bank-branch policy servicing, real time data transfers etc.
- Manage the timely execution of pre campaign preparation, publicity during campaign and fulfilment of recognition post campaigns.
- Stay updated with external and internal developments and recommend new tactics to increase sales
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales departments to set and implement plans for new campaigns
- Take up the digitization of processes, customer on-boarding and ensure ease of sales in bank branches
- Maintain budgets of the sales campaigns and executing the campaigns in allocated cost
Skills :- Excellent proficiency skills in excel in preparing reports and analytic output.
- Understanding of business and active communications in developing relationship with stakeholders.
- Strategic perspective
Education : MBA from reputed college, preferably 2-4 years of experience in campaign management and project role
