Job Responsibilities:

a) Talent Management : Design and execute comprehensive talent development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

b) Leadership Development : Create and deliver leadership development programs that align with the organization's goals and foster a culture of continuous learning and organization success. Provide a robust coaching process and management of the same, as support to senior leaders and high-potential employees.

c) Global Talent Management Program (Daiichi group) : Actively participate in the Global Talent Program. Connect with business / HR leaders across the group companies to make Global Program successful, bring in new initiatives. The India Talent Management Program should be at the forefront of driving the initiatives and setting examples for other countries.

d) Organization Development : Lead and facilitate OD initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness. Conduct organizational assessments and identify areas for improvement, implementing change management strategies as needed.

e) Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the integration of Talent Management and OD strategies with broader organizational goals.

f) Analytics : Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess the impact of talent management and OD programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

g) Continuous research and blend of technology : This role requires extensive research into the dynamic world of Talent Management and OD. It will be upon the role to prepare business cases for new initiatives, process change etc. Blending technology in the right manner with an aim to make things easy for people and the function will be one of the key impact areas

h) Recognition programs : Management of recognition programs (framework, execution) will be an important aspect of the role. Deep collaboration with business and leadership will be necessary.
