Purpose of the role : To support and drive the talent management, Learning and Development practices of SUD 2.0

Key responsibilities ( not limited to the below)

1) Collaborate with leadership team on formulation of key talent strategies for present and the future

2) Design and drive talent management initiatives around identification, development and career journeys, in line with company's talent philosophy

3) Execute programs as per existing calendar and Annual Operating Plan

4) Drive flagship career development programs for different employee cohorts

5) Design interventions and execute the same wrt key talent and learning imperatives across the company

6) Work with internal and external SMEs to deliver high quality and effective learning, both tactical and strategic

7) Drive and develop the existing Recognition programs to reflect organization intent

8) Support development of hi-po to ensure an enhanced pipeline for critical roles and create a robust succession plan for such roles

What will make you super-perform in the role :

1) 8 to 10 years' experience in HR, of which at least previous 6 years in talent management, LnD, OD

2) Deep understanding of talent management, LnD practices

3) Strategic thinking, clarity of thought and high closure orientation

4) Excellent interpersonal skills; comfort in engaging with senior leadership on a day to day basis

5) Coach and guide junior colleagues at work
