Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end sales automation through web as well as app. This will enable our ISOs to fill the policies details digitally and submit it instantly

- Build D2C (direct to consumer) sales journey which will enable a consumer to buy as well as get serviced online

- Build apps for different needs within the organization like Sales Management, Customer Management. Training etc

- Implement new technologies like OCR, Machine Learning, Robotics etc to deliver superior sales as well as consumer experience

Candidate should be from BFSI background.
