Role : - The incumbent will be part of the Corporate Strategy setup within the Organisation and is expected to support the Strategy Leader in formulation of marketing, branding and communication strategies and overseeing its execution. - The job-holder will be expected to come up with innovative ways of creating, propagating, developing and refining the Organisation's brand strategy to not only attract and retain consumers but also communicate effectively with other stakeholders such as Regulators, Investors, Employees etc. Responsibilities : - Strategy: Formulate end-to-end branding strategy for the Organisation, leading the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives - Management: Planning &amp; execution of brand management efforts and actions across windows of communication - Creation of a customer-centric brand strategy to ensure a constant connect with existing customers and creating an attractive value proposition for new customers. Work closely with various sales and servicing verticals to ensure desired traction on brand salience and recall for internal and external customers - Development of creative advertising, high-impact promotions, viral/guerilla marketing tactics without compromising upon the brand's integrity standards - The incumbent will be required to work very closely with Sales verticals towards implementation of various - call-to-action- strategies to support business goals across the consumer lifecycle - Market analysis and constant refinement and upgrade of branding initiatives to ensure - relevance-
