The Role :
- Interactions & influencing Business / stakeholders
- Work closely with Hiring leaders to independently manage hiring activity on projects
- Establishes sourcing & recruiting all functional requirements - mid to senior level
- Building an active database of applicant sources by researching, contacting & maintaining rapport
- Head Hunting, mapping and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, professional and social network
- Screening Resumes
- Interviewing applicants
- Support Hiring leader in proactively refining the recruitment process, if necessary recommend changes / amendments to recruitment process on special projects
- Maintaining rapport and relationship with recruitment consultants
- Efficiently manage all trackers on open positions and talent pool mapping exercises
- Working & coordinating with HR team
- Consolidate and develop Recruiting functional reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Any other duties required that support the delivery of the Recruitment team
- 5- 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition background
- Ability to understand hiring requirements and source the same.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to be detail oriented, problem solver
- Excellent customer service and very strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication
- Innovative, goal-driven, Aggressive
- Fast learner capable of handling pressure
