Research & Strategy  Key Responsibilities :   - Support business planning and portfolio initiatives  - Gather and analyze financial and other data, including revenue and cost reports  - Build and project scenarios to identify future threats and opportunities  - Advise and work on content strategy and schedule to map viewer demand vs. supply  - Identify areas that require deeper understanding, lead and implement research studies   - Make recommendations and cases through effective presentations   Performance Measures :  - Successful achievement of channel goals   - Insights generated  - Strategy and schedule - idea to execution  Qualification : MBA with 4-9 years experience in Business strategy, consumer insights, corporate strategy, market intelligence  Knowledge And Skills :  - Strategic bent of mind  - Data analysis and representation  - Understanding of and ability to work with numbers  - Should be comfortable working with MS Excel and PowerPoint  - Familiarity with the BARC rating system and BMW software a significant advantage. Will eventually have to get familiar with using the software  Personal Attributes :  - Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines  - Ability to influences stakeholders  - Collaborative mindset  - Ability to think on his/her feet and work well in ambiguity  - Willingness to think out-of-the-box to challenge perceived restrictions from the environment
