Star TV - Programming Finance Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To support & oversee activities of accounts payables process (incl. supplier relation management) with the contracted outsourced partner.

- Monitoring & supervising various hygiene areas like invoices TAT, SLAs, resolutions, approvals, etc.

- Ability to keep payables process to best in class by improving digital invoice coverage, portal vendor coverage, RPA scope enhancement, extending latest available technologies in the market, standardization & process simplification.

- Do regular connects with outsourced payables partner, business teams and suppliers on various payables aspects & provide meaningful data insights. Partner with Finance team to drive payables goals.

- Validation of various daily / weekly/ monthly dashboards. Plan actionable basis the data analytics and track it to closure.

- Work with reporting manager to deliver various finance projects on regular basis.

- Present payables area deck for controllership review to financial controller / CFO on monthly basis.

QUALIFICATION: MBA / B.Com / M.Com with 5 - 8 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Excellent MS Excel & PPT skills

- Excellent SAP & Payables knowledge

- Working knowledge of TDS & Service Tax
