Operations and Relationship Management  Context : This position will work to enhance engagement with consumers beyond television and towards the category building for Football. The objective is to increase engagement with the game (Football), irrespective of the property/league. Once the category grows, we should then be best positioned, through our portfolio to reap the maximum benefits of this enhanced consumer base.  Key Responsibilities :  - Expansion of ISL, launch of local or school level leagues and programs to enhance loyal consumer base beyond the television aspects  - Push the operations and relationships agenda with all relevant stakeholders for the Sport for flawless execution of the league   - Create standard operating procedures for all operational aspects of the league (ISL)  - Manage all relevant external stakeholders including federations, franchisees, govt agencies, internal customers  - Project manage the entire league ensuring efficient planning, strong on ground execution and proactive closures where necessary  - Work closely with the business head on any presentations/ project requirement that come through and deliver on the same.  Performance Measures :   - Flawless project management and relationship building   - Timeliness of delivery  Qualification :  - Candidate from top B Schools having extensive experience in building brands/ category from a scratch.   - 7-9 years of experience in Dist/ channel management/ multiple stakeholder management/ project management/ category building  Knowledge And Skills :  - Very sharp analytical skills   - Deep understanding and genuine interest in football  - Project Management skills and Data driven mindset  - Good communication and presentation skills  Personal Attributes :  - Person should be ready to travel, willing to independently work his way around and should take full ownership end to end conceptualization to execution   - Good communication and analytical skills  - Team player skills
