Job Description :&nbsp; - Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business - Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation - Exceptional at market research, candidate generation, client/account management, prioritization, and understand the value of providing amazing candidate experience - Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done - Draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners - Collaborate and work with an experienced team of Recruiters/Sourcers to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses in refining the recruitment process, if necessary, recommend changes / amendments to recruitment process on special projects. - Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders - Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements. - Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects &amp; candidate relationships - Efficiently manage all dashboards and talent pool mapping exercises
